How to obtain application forms & relevant arrangements

*Unlimited application forms

  • Online Application

  • Obtain from the school in person
  • Obtain by post (attached with return envelope with postage, recipient and address; envelope labeled 'obtain an application form')
  • Date: Applications accepted all-year (except Public Holidays and School Holidays)
  • Time: Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm) / Saturday (9 am to 1 pm)

Submitting application form

  • Submission method: the application form must be submitted to the school in person (completed and attached with a recent photo of the child, a copy of the child's birth certificate, and two return envelopes with postage included)
  • Date: Applications accepted all-year (except Public Holidays and School Holidays)
  • Time: Monday to Friday (10 am to 6 pm) / Saturday (9 am to 12 pm)

Admission criteria

  • The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying at the school will be given priority consideration
  • The applicant from families in need will be given priority consideration when applying for a full-day place (As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)
  • Interview performance

Foreign Student

  • Group and/or individual interviews will be arranged in English conversation.

  • We will arrange interpretation and/or translation service for applicants where necessary.

  • We will allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication.

Interview arrangements

  • The school will arrange interview for all applicants.
  • The school will notify parents regarding the time and date of the interview.
  • Group interviews and (if required) individual interviews will be arranged.
  • Parents should accompany their childen for the interview.

Announcement of Admission Results

The school will inform parents of the admission results by December 13, 2025 by post or by phone.

Registration Arrangements

  • Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures (RC) for their children from 8th to 10th January 2026 ("Centralized Registration Dates") by submitting the original copy of the "2026/27 RC" to the school and paying the registration fee.
  • Applicants on the waiting list: We will inform parents of the admission results by phone and by post, parents should complete the registration procedures for their children according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original copy of the "2026/27 RC" to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
  • Please be reminded that if parents are not able to submit the "2026/27 RC" during registration, the school may not be able to complete the registration for their children. Hence, parents are required to submit their application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
  • The registration fee for 2026/27 is HK$1,570. If your child is enrolled in the school and find out in due time that no tuition fee is required, the school will refund the remaining amount to the parent after deducting the tuition fees of September. If a parent decides to change schools after registration, please notify the school in writing. The school will return the "2026/27 RC" but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the "2026/27 RC", the school will no longer keep the school place for the child.

    • Monthly: HKD 3,471
    • Total: 12 installments
    • The maximum level of the child care centre parent subsidy will be increased to $1,000 per month starting from April 2024.

Parent can apply "Kindergarten and Child Care Centre Fee Remission  Scheme" of Student Financial Assistance Agency.

Noted: Books Fees will be collected by the nursery on behalf of the services providers.  Uniform Fees will be purchased by parents.
